So how was last weekend? Did you have fun?!

Well, I had an amazing time last weekend, I have soooo many stories from last week, but that’s gist for another day 😁😄

So independence day is here! This is the time we celebrate what it means to be Nigerian and be a citizen of a sovereign state. Regardless, of all the mishaps that occur in Nigeria on a somewhat regular basis, Nigeria is our home and we are so proud to be Nigerians and we would contribute our honest part to making Nigeria a better place.

One of the things we Nigerians know how to do best is have fun! And this weekend is the perfect time to do so.Here some fun places and activities we can enjoy this weekend:

  1. Lights Camera Africa Festival

Film, Music, Conversation, Education & a special communal energy …all yours to enjoy at the 8th annual Lights Camera Africa Film Festival holding from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th September, 2018 at the Agip Hall, Muson center. The third edition of the annual Brymo concert, ‘Organised Chaos’ (tagged Oṣó Live In Concert) is scheduled to hold at Freedom Park, Lagos, on Monday, October 1st 2018, Nigeria’s National Independence holiday. The MovieNic series is a collaborative effort of Secret Cinema and Nothing-to-do-in-Lagos and it holds at Ikoyi. Enjoy a movie and picnic with new friends in Lagos. It is a cool place to network and make new friends in Lagos. Bring a blanket! There would be food and drink vendors but you can always bring yours. Gate fee is N1500, but because I am the ultimate plug, if you register here, you’ll get to pay N1000 only.
